Charles’ Story

NCIA’s Herbert J. Hoelter Vocational Training Center (VTC)

Charles studied with the program and graduated with HVAC/R credentials. He’s employed full time by a boss that he loves. He loves his life and his job, he says. He still keeps in touch with the staff at VTC, and hopes to come back to help others too.
